The family-friendly Mid-Summer Classics concert series takes place during the month of July.
The 2016 concert series will feature two special concerts held at Community Park on Lions Drive-- an Independence Day concert, to be followed by the Lions Club 4th of July Fireworks, and a 60th Anniversary Concert on Sunday, July 17, followed by the announcement of the 60th Anniversary Car Raffle winner and a fireworks display in celebration of the Village's 60th Anniversary. There will also be two Tuesday night concerts (July 12 and 26) held on the Village Green (901 Wellington).
The entertainment features music from a variety of decades and genres. Food and drink purchases are available at an affordable price for the family.
For the safety, comfort and convenience of attendees, the Village no longer allows tables, tarps, or construction tape at the concert. Sun umbrellas are also prohibited. Chairs and coolers are still welcome and encouraged.
