PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, June 26, 2017 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Charles J. Zettek Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the Plan Commission of the Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, will conduct a public hearing on the petition of Community Consolidated School District 59 for a Special Use Permit for the Administration Building in an R-3 Single Family Residential District. Additionally variations from the provisions of the Elk Grove Village Zoning Ordinance No. 2410 as it pertains to fence regulations in an R-3 residential zoned district will be discussed.
